The problem
The data needed to run the business was spread across the PSA, asset management, security and cloud marketplace platforms, and checking that licenses matched invoices was a manual exercise.
What I built
- An internal platform built from scratch in Next.js, integrating ConnectWise, ScalePad, WatchGuard, Azure OpenAI and the cloud marketplace APIs
- A Billing Center with reconciliation dashboards that compare the marketplace, Microsoft Partner Center and the PSA side by side
